ORDERING INFORMATION
You can order by phone, fax, email or mail. Phone orders can be placed Monday through Saturday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Pacific time. After hours, please order by fax, email or mail. Please include a shipping address (UPS cannot deliver to a P.O. Box). Include Item #, Size, Quantity, Description and Price. Total your order and add appropriate shipping costs (see below). CA residents must add Sales Tax (8%) or include a resale number.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Most orders are shipped within 24 to 72 hours of receipt. We only ship by UPS to within the United States, so please include a street address when ordering. Orders to within the continental U.S. must add 10% of total (before discounts) for shipping with a minimum cost of $5.95 and a maximum of $30.00. If there is a major difference in actual shipping costs in your favor, we will credit you the difference. Packages going to Hawaii or Alaska must ship by UPS Air, so please call for exact rates. Please allow 7 to10 business days for Regular Ground Delivery. If you need a rush delivery, please let us know in advance, so we can give you exact shipping quotes.
PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, PayPal, checks or money orders. Paypal can be found at www.paypal.com. Our PayPal account name for payment is quintoils@earthlink.net. Please do not send cash. Make checks payable to: Quintessential Oils. There is a $20.00 Service Fee on all returned checks.
BACK-ORDERED ITEMS
If an item is not in stock, we will no longer back-order it unless the total amount is $50.00 or more. We will ship everything in your back-order as soon as we receive it. Shipping is charged on all back-orders. Please advise your salesperson if you do not want items back-ordered.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
A Gift Certificate from Quintessential Oils would be a very special gift for someone you care about! We can send a catalogue and a Gift Certificate (for any amount $10 and over) to the recipient of your choice.
GIFT WRAP
We will gladly wrap your gift for you and enclose a card with a message of your choosing. The charge for this service is $3.50 per gift.
RETURN POLICY
If you have any problems or concerns at all with your order, please let us know. If you are unfamiliar with the scent of a particular Essential Oil or product, we suggest buying the smallest quantity at first to see if you like it. These oils are not perfumes and certain oils while being very therapeutic may smell unpleasant to some people. Scent is very subjective and what may be unpleasant to one person might smell beautiful to another. We consider our oils to be like food products and cannot compromise their integrity by reselling oils that might have come in contact with foreign elements. Therefore, we can not accept returns on Oils, Incense or Aromatherapy Products unless there was an error on our part or if the merchandise is damaged. All returns for other items must be made within 30 days and will not be accepted without prior authorization. Customer must secure the product and send it back insured and at their own expense. Please call for a return authorization number which must be written on the outside of box. All returns must be packaged in the original manner and received undamaged for return credit. Credit will not be given for those items which are returned broken, damaged or are considered not to be resellable.
MISSING ITEMS & DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
All packages are packed very carefully and are double checked for completeness but occasionally damage or a missing item may occur. Please inspect all packages carefully at time of receipt and immediately report any missing items or damages. In the event that you receive an order that has been damaged, please promptly notify your local carrier for inspection and Quintessential Oils so that we can begin processing your claim. Please have ready your invoice number, date and description of missing or damaged merchandise. Keep all packaging materials (including bubble wrap, foam and cartons) for damage inspection. All claims of missing items or damages must be reported to us within 10 days of receipt, so please inspect all packages promptly!
PACKAGING CONCERNS
We do our best to pack your boxes in an environmentally responsible way. We always try to use recycled and/or recyclable packing and shipping materials whenever we can. We also recycle all packaging materials that we receive.
